SPUR's Halloween Candy Collection

During the first week in November, SPUR collects extra Halloween candy to create treat bags to be distributed as dessert at local shelters.  Volunteers decorate brown paper lunch bags with unique, original artwork  then fill each bag with a handful of seasonal treats.  These candy bags are a fun and festive way for those experiencing food insecurity to enjoy some of this spooky season.
